Hello, I'm Joce.I'm a fractional executive with more than 30 years of senior leadership across post-production, VFX, film, television and advertising. Supernova Heights is my consultancy.I learnt this business from the ground up, working alongside artists, directors, producers, clients and crews long before I was running teams. That shapes how I lead today. I know when to be hands on and I genuinely enjoy being part of a team, but I also know when difficult decisions need making, and I see change through with care.Good communication is at the heart of everything I do, whether I'm working with a board, a leadership team or the people on the studio floor. I love building a positive culture and understanding what motivates people, because that's what gets results.After three decades in the business, if I don't have the answer, I'll know someone who can help.Working Together

Co-Chairperson of the Advertising Producers Association (APA)

I'm proud to be Co-Chairperson of the Advertising Producers Association (APA), working alongside John Hackney and Chief Executive Steve Davies.
The APA is the UK trade body for companies making commercials, and I'm actively involved in the APA Show, Masterclass training and the DEI working group.
